Wedding in Alentejo

Alentejo is one of our favorite regions here in Portugal. We love the golden the fields with cork and holm oaks, the white houses with a splash of color and the blue sky to lose sight of. Owner of a wonderful light, it is still a region with a lot to discover, but that already has a special place in our hearts. And it was in Alentejo, in Arraiolos, that we photographed Helena and Afonso's wedding.

Getting married is a great moment of joy for a couple, but if we add to this the possibility of getting married in a family property full of affectionate memories, like Herdade Monte da Ravasqueira, everything becomes even more special on a ceremony. The Herdade has a magnificent landscape and is surrounded by vineyards as far as the eye can see where beautiful wines are born!

A matrimony in Alentejo with an open-air ceremony, full of emotion, and a dinner without marked places brought lightness to this celebration. One of the moments that we remember with immense joy, was the way all the guests sang in unison during the moment of the bride and groom's cake... and the dance floor! The whole atmosphere of the wedding day was incredible.

Teresa and Dado are more than photographers, they are artists! Experts in capturing natural and real moments in our wedding in Alentejo, which tell a story through each photograph. Relaxed, always with a smile and always attentive so that a look does not escape, a moment of complicity. We now have a set of photographs in which each one deserves to be framed. Nothing is taken at random, no less careful photograph in our ceremony. I confess, it was one of the best parts of the wedding and I couldn't recommend these artists anymore !!! We didn't know each other before the wedding day, and now they are an integral part of the memories of the most beautiful day of our lives...
